Friends of Belmont Shore’s Beautification Project was a success!
On Saturday, March 9, we held our first effort to improve landscaping in our community and we couldn't be prouder! Thanks to all our twenty volunteers who dug in (literally) and made major headway in improving the palm tree planters on Ocean, between Park and Glendora.

In addition to sweat and a few tired muscles, it was also great fun for all of us! Kristina Duggan's field deputy, Sophie Cully, also helped. Neighbors stopped to thank us for our efforts and one Ocean Avenue resident came out and joined us to work on "his" palm planters! Huge kudos to Theresa Grimaldi for her efforts and a job well done!
